Today I started by installing the jam nuts to the rod end bearings on both the aileron torque tubes and aileron pushrod tubes since I got them primed a few days ago. Next I cut two W-1031 spacers as shown in the plans to 1 1/16". Next I started on the aileron bellcrank installation by checking fit and length of the bellcrank bushings. I did have to ream these so the bolts would fit through them nicely. Finally, I installed the bellcranks into the wings using the hardware shown in the plans.
